No sunflower oil here, but plenty of olive oil. Tomatoes less choice but not in short supply, plenty of pasta

Nothing wrong with good quality oven chips as long as they are done right. Air fryer on 160 for 20 mins then turn 'em up to 200 for the last 5mins or until they look golden. Must be shaken 3 or 4 times during cooking. Got to be McCain Home Chips and the crinkle ones at that. We never buy them until they are on offer. Otherwise those twice fried all singing/dancing ones at Rick Stein's are nice but pricey.

In this situation I'm happy to replace roast potatoes with green beans T bone steak roasted vine tomatoes and garlic mushrooms.
