spray it with gallup or roundup 1st after a few weeks can be turned over and planted instantly. will kill all the wicking grass roots dockers and anything else

Ammonia SulphAMate is just as effective, and much cheaper - without contributing to Monsanto's profits.

I concreted the back garden, and put planters on wheels - including a 13ft square scaffolding one that was a "lawn".
I did it to take the Mick, she loved it, and it was the talk of all her friends (and mine for that matter).


[1] I once bought a picture for 50p from the car boot - it cost me over 2 grand. needed other pictures to match. And wall paper. And carpet. and three piece suite.

Weve found that protecting what we grow a big help to keep afids etc off, and also sometimes use like a mini poly tunnel toget them started. So have used blue waterpipe to support netting in arches from the raised beds, works well.

Weve found that protecting what we grow a big help to keep afids etc off, and also sometimes use like a mini poly tunnel toget them started. So have used blue waterpipe to support netting in arches from the raised beds, works well.

We make a brassica cage out of scaffold debris netting and polypipe to keep caterpillars and aphids off the kale my wife likes to grow.
