The suds tank with baffle tanks inside and wooden block to mount the pump on

I need to get a enclosure for the psu for the pump to keep it clean and dry. I may also mount a switch to the enclosure to turn it on and off

Latest on pump....progressing with check valve issue but the backroom boffins are on it.
Fitting tiny 'o' ring was fiddly boring groove.

Some more progress.... The underframe restricts the diameter underneath so made new cylinder cap with 1-1/2" long reduced (~1") extension and omitted the check valves, opting for inline ones. as it makes life easier. Long pushrod now required. Scrambling around in my stock to find something suitable. If the check valves arrive today then IF all goes to plan I'll be trying it out for real!

Bits to finish it i.e. check valves haven't arrived but adjusted length etc and it's a goer! Blowing air in and out. Got suction also.
Also can't find my 1/4" bsp tap....somewhere in the mess on the floor....It was easier to order a new one....tomorrow wil be pump day...how well it does and how along it lasts are to be seen.

Exactly all the pumps are missing or busted. A direct replacement made by u now available.
