thats one side of the reference but i do disagree with the drug reference
where a certain drug is witheld even if it will save coutless lives due to costs

It's the tax payer who ultimately foots the bill.
I've had my fair share from the NHS over the years (18 months to present (65)).
I have ALWAYS been a proponent of adding 1p to income tax - and that at least 35 years - that hopefully would have meant the NHS was properly funded.
Instead we had the Tories running it into the ground so they could privatise it and make there fat cat supporters even richer.

Nothing in life is "free". It all has to be paid for, somehow.
Most of them located in a large building in London where they manipulate policy and work out schemes to line their own and their mates pockets to the detriment of the rest of us. And to top it all they pursuade folk to fight among themselves rather than vote out the real culprits.
