I just tested resistence. Green and White are from potentiometer and Brown and Yellow are from the switch.

That’s what I found about this pedal. Pot is wired as adjustable resistor not as voltage divider.

Thats straight forward.
If you have a look at your machine socket you will find A-F markings.
Switch is connected to A-B
Pot Zero D
Pot wiper E

In my case D and E would be green and white wire from potentiometer? Yellow goes from potentiometer to switch in the pedal. Sorry I'm really bad with electronics.

You need to cut of these “conformal coating bag” and try to figure out where the wires are terminated. Not that big deal. Then measure in home position from centertap to outer taps. The measures with low resistance is your point to go. Don’t matter what color it is. Bare rheostat.

This is my latest pedal for Weco. Did it last week. Gessmann P7 is absolute bulletproof.

I hope I will. Nobody got me as close to solution as you did. It gets hard to source that conection here in Serbia but I'm sure I just need to contact right stores for that.

Hi Jan,
So I did what you said and here's what happened:

When I measure middle conection and either side in zero pedal position, no resistance at all.

Middle and yellow, zero through entire range of motion. (Yellow wire is also connected to a switch)

Middle and green shows resistance after halfway through and by the end of pedal travel it goes to almost zero.

I'm lost what is what now

I managed to get it to work but!

When I weld it does opposite from you except lol
As you press pedal it goes from maximum to minimum. It does what pedal should do but...
Any ideas how to solve this or I need different potentimeter? Thank you

EDIT: Works like a dream now with help directly from CEA Italy. Finally!!

Hello I have CEA MATRIX 2200 AC/DC. Maybe someone have a pedal to recommend for me buying? Or only CEA pedal will work for me? It is 6 pin.
