The wee computer repair charity* I used to volunteer with had a couple of those (we made a bit of a thing of recapping the infamous Dell Optiplex desktop motherboards and PSU's). They're bloody good for the money
Wouldn't like to think of how many hours they must've saved us over a year!


* computers donated by organisations in the UK to be refurbed and shipped to schools in developing countries.

Up until two months ago we had a Dell Optiplex running 24/7 controlling a standby generator station - I ended up having to keep three spare Optiplexes in stock as they used to keep dying, and the software and cards were only known to work correctly on Optiplexes - was this an known issue of them dying? I was buying a couple a time off eBay.
