We put out a promotional recruitment video that showed the HR manager winding the handle on one of our older machines in our training centre . . . as it was probably the first time he's set foot in there, I guess he can nearly be forgiven for turning it the wrong way . . .

I remember when we had the publicity photographers round when the new body-in-white plant opened at Longbridge, there was a photo of one of the big control panels with all the indicator lights lit up, if you knew where to look you could just see a finger holding the "lamp test" button

We watch TV that I record when something interesting is on, probably 2 hours a day but iplayer and roll back tv is really a boon and uktv play gets some use. I read a lot on my Kindle paperwhite and get a lot of free or cheap books from Bookbub.I think I've seen all the bangers and cash episodes at least twice, Yorkshire farm is good and I used to watch Henry Cole but he is so annoying I gave up on him. I've not watched Countdown for ages, Anne Robinson is another person I can do without.

100%, She is horrible, nasty, makes personal remarks to the contestants etc. One chap last week was employed in a company that made perfumes and deodorants, and his job was to smell different scents including people they had been tested on. Robinson constantly referred to the embarrassed chap as "the man who smells people armpits".

Been watching plenty of clips on that recently. Pushed because of Shaun lock.
I cut through my Ariel cable about 7 years ago.
Still havent fixed it.
Prime and Netflix here but I only watch what I feel like.
Currently having a binge of the original ncis.
With regards to Anne Robinson.
She's paid to do it. It's a persona. Much like Clarkson etc.
