Now that takes quite some doing!
There's only three 90 degree increments of 'wrong fitment' possible with a cotterless bottom bracket.

I'm guessing that's a Shimano Octolink bottom bracket set up to have managed to get it how they have. Another one of those let's take something that works fine and improve it so it doesn't, japes.
