I have a little problem with some fasteners:
the ideal screw for me is a button head socket drive. looks tidy and doesn't catch your fingers when working near them , but HSE would prefer that we don't have holes etc where material could gather.
So in reality i can see only 2 options: hex head or 12 point spline.. which i think might be tall enough to become an issue but until i try one i wont know.
The question is.... any suggestions? basically i want a low head with no hole and radiused profile... might ne grasping at straws i know.
Slotted button head machine screws might be OK, but they tend to have a larger head diameter
