In that case can you not train yourself not to catch the bolts ?

its for cleaning Parm... we are the only people who will ever open it, but will probably never be a user... shed load of fixings close to hand moved parts

If the HSE have requested this can not you ask for their recommended fixings?

I ask, as in the past when designing fire systems we are ask to do things like that.
MOJ are as bad. But do answer with suggestions back up with past examples.

They like hex ...... they also look crap in this application and will make it uncomfortable to use
