Yes it was originally a pre war DKW design. The Russians did a version of it as did the yanks. I hear the Harley Davidson variant was shocking.

That's the idea.It looks clean and complete enough, just get the engine sorted, make sure the brakes and tyres are safe and tip on the way it is.
