Once again over the last few days I've aquired

some Cresent 9" grips and some very well made ( and heavy duty ) Gedore 10" clamps

and a fairly large Starret made in china square

Bit the bullet and bought a new motor for my compressor.

It's a 4hp/3kW so more powerful than what was fitted but same foot and shaft size

It was the only one Machine Mart had in stock so didn't have a choice but it the pump ever packs up I can fit a bigger one



And this transmission jack popped up on FB marketplace for not much money, it's now mine

They cant. I dont yet understand how Amazon does these promotional prices - its likely shipped by hermes and I imagine thats 3 quid of the price. The price will soon go up, Id guess to £20-30 which would be the normal Chinese pricing. Theres little manual labour on a screw..

We didnt need the Chinese to destroy our industries, we managed that 100% English.
