Got some more done on flat tracker tail #2. A bit more trimming and it’ll be ready to weld together.

In a moment of buffoonery I managed to knock my FEMI bandaw off the bench and broke its most critical component;

The bargain Sherman TIG206P meant that I could have a go at bodging a fix (alas my beloved Lorch MicorTIG is DC) before I can get hold oc a replacement part. Its about 1deg out vertically as I put way too much filler and heat into it but I'm hoping some filing and washers might fix that. A messy weld and got heaps contamination but its made a few cuts and held!
