When I got my Harrison Lathe a year or two ago it came with pretty much everything I needed to get started. The one thing it didn't have was a proper chuck key for the 4 Jaw. So today I made one!



That bit of bent square bar is what it did come with. And yes, that is an old 3/8" drive extension bar

Made a valve spring tool after noticing my old one had gone, this was a bit rough but worked a treat.

The room I said I needed cleared wasn't so everything had to be packed up each day and tools brought in and out side as I need to use them

Went to a summer home to replace some floor boards outdoors and was asked to replace one board on the cellar door. Frame rotten so I suggested to make a new door but owner wanted a quick fix only. Partial frame repair and 3 boards replaced, I only brought treated pine so quick fix it was indeed

Some work at home too, stone removal, root removal and fixing stones along the drive that some delivery trucks tried driving on...

How do you like the plunge saw? I have been toying with the idea of buying one over buying a table saw, I may buy both though, why not

For sheet work (especially laminate and veneers can't beat a tracksaw
If your mainly ripping small timber down to size a tablesaw is better
I can live without a tablesaw. Can't live without a tracksaw

I make jigs for small rips if I have a lot to do.

Then crimp bullet connectors on then cut all my trs leads in half and crimp more bullet connectors on.

I'm still thankful my old man taught me to drive

7yo ride on lawnmower with a 4 speed and r box and clutch

He got me doing obstacle courses with and without a trailer. Then got me doing them backwards

Had to grow a bit taller before I got to play with the mini in the field

Wish I had the room to do the same for mine
