Thanks for that. I'm sure they could. I wish I had a cnc plasma cutter, I'd make the hinge much nicer. That is ingenious Kim. You’d be hard pressed to find engineering firms that make “professional” gates Create a solution as neat and simple.
I just used some BZP Self tapping screws from screwfix. 10ga x 3/4. The boards came from Eurocell, They had a deal on. I bought 10 or 11 and just cut them in half and then cut three down to the correct width. It was about £18 a board. What sort of screws did you use for the composite boards? And where did you source the boards?
That was a double disorono and orange haha. I had a burger in one hand and couldn't hold that as well when videoing haha.Really pleased you popped in your orange mug, for scale
No haha.Lovely job, you taking orders?
Diseronno, I can't spell very well.A double what ???

Not sure about the skill but thank youGreat job, your attention to detail is remarkable , combined with a high level of skill... a winner ..

Yeah almost everything has grease nipples/points. The three middle hinges are the only ones without. I have faced an issue greasing it actually. I may post up later asking. That is a very nice piece of engineering well executed. Are you fitting grease nipples to the pivots? My father made some lovely close tolerance hinges for our garage doors without lubrication holes and I never did managed to unseize them!
