Found on the side of the road. 500mm twinwall and some 6 inch soil pipe.
Bloke says "what do you want it for?", I say, "no idea, can I still have it?"
I then tout for work and get offered a job welding up cart iron railings "on site". "Can you weld cast iron?" he says "Yes" I lied, "probably better to drill and tap it tho if it's just the finials". I have visions of melting a century old victorian railing to the ground before anything sticks. In all honesty I did say I wasn't very good and he'd need Nickel rods etc. He seemed to like the idea of drill and tap. Watch this space.
OTOH if anyone wants a quick cheap job welding a couple of broken finials in/around Kensington, drop me a PM and have at it.

It is nice carbon fibre with titanium hardware will probably hardly be used on a bike this one’s joining the world of freestyle jet skiingVery nice.
I very nearly bought that model last year, but settled for a fibrelite instead, as I couldn't justify the extra money for the full carbon, especially after what I spent on a new bike last year

I parted with some money, some battery adaptors and some knowledge. I acquired things and more knowledge.
This is what I got.
2 box's.
1970's, early AA patrol Tyre pressure gauge.
A old Flat iron.
Don't ask why.

Small Brass screwdriver, that cost £3!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2 inner ones will fit the trimming and focus pots on IP camera's.
