Ain't no rush ..happy to wait for the purples![]()
Does anyone want some of these? (For free)
We go through even more at this place than I did there, bags full are thrown into the skip, so shouldn't be an issue taking them home.
Where did you do that cert mate I want to do mine.Still useful, as pete said its not having the certificate of conformity that prevents commercial use after material is delivered with them.
Had to get my lola inspectors cert before xmas as I occasionally do underground work
my Work bins all slings every six months.
Cheaper to bin and buy new than have them inspected apparently?
Yeah we haven’t got anyone certified to inspect slings.Thats probably right if they need to bring in an inspection firm, which many do.
Nothing like steel though, especially if what your rigging to isn’t perfectly round or smooth.Just binned my last couple of These, use them for commercial abseiling as you can have a long sling shrunk to nothing in kit bag makes using the underground easier
If im using my steel sling bag is 4 x heavier
The course is a joke tbhYeah we haven’t got anyone certified to inspect slings.
