Its a MS211 CBE on a 16" bar. Wasn't too fussed about the fancy recoil starter on the CBE but wanted the easy adjust chain tension which I think is a great idea.

Also got one of their 2 in 1 Easyfile sharpeners, which my neighbour recommended and looking at Youtube reviews seem to be great (haven't used mine yet).

Next time you are near a horse feed and saddlery place check out the horse grooming stuff , IIRC 5 litres of meths cost me £12.40 a year ago from Claytons Ammanford . I think it's used for cleaning horses hooves prior to polishing them up for a competition .

Micky mouse, costs so much more than just sharpening the saw. Needs a special chain, replacement grind stone and a special bar. (this is taken as the oregon prosharp system) I have one somewhere but just isn't worth the cost

Been laying brick for years but don't fancy trying my hand at plastering on a customers gaff.

Been meaning to knock up a corner and ceiling in the garden for the last 3 summers to teach myself but never find the time.
Weekend course should be all I need

Got a delivery from @hotponyshoes this morning, got them all sorted out at lunch, arrived home tonight and a local farrier had also dropped some off.
Some of them from the local guy seem to be aluminium as shown in last 2 photos.

A sample of the Unipol/ Corrapol-BT roofing material. It's refreshing to find a Company which actually follows through on their promises to supply samples, as a result they'll be getting my business.

Ordered the material(s) today so they should be here by the end of the week. Very switched on service from the Company, I'm impressed. The 'side click' edging system cost more than the actual sheeting stuff, but hey ho, needs must.

A guy up the road offered me a free electric drill, thought I could trade it if nothing else, as I already have three bench drills, but this one (a) works, (b) has a gearbox, (c) has a 20mm chuck, (d) has a morse taper, keeping this one! and I found a 3 phase bench grinder dumped by a skip at a jumble,

Decent output, I run my blaster off a 25cfm compressor and it does ok

We did some work at a boutique hotel in Kensington, I enquired as to the finish for the lining paper on the meeting room walls, I was told that it was the finished wall covering, hand made in China and about £500 a roll...
