Stainless piano hinges - odd profile

I need a length of undrilled piano hinge in the profile below (blue bit is the hinge). Must be stainless.

Before I start thinking about making (maybe modifying) one, does anyone know of anywhere that sells that sort of thing?

I have seen profiles like that called "edge guard" I think, it's for things like the toilet cubical doors you see in pubs, never seen it undrilled though.

Drilled might be better if you have to make it, just spot weld through the holes onto a bit of stainless angle.

Not a bad idea, thanks. I was anticipating either getting something too wide and putting a fold in one half and shearing the other, or welding a piece on.

I built this rough carcass / worktop ages ago and haven’t had time to think about doors. I’m not a cabinet maker, you’ve no need to tell me I’ve gone about this all wrong:

The plan view of the cabinets looks like this:

I drew up some ‘shaker’ style doors with the big RH one being flat, then decided to make things hard and make it curved. Got access to a vacuum press for this, never tried it so it’s going to be interesting.

I was going to do it with concealed hinges, but I’ll be honest I’m struggling with how to fit them to the curved door. I built the carcass all wrong for a start. Hence thinking about the piano hinge. I actually think (esp. with the added weight of a solid 19mm thick wood door) these would be longer lasting than the concealed hinges. I know they’re easy enough to replace, but for the angled doors I had to order some specials and it was a nightmare working out what’s needed from Blum. No adjustment mind, but oh well. I was going to make up a dummy hinge to make it match on the others side, as you’ll obviously see it, but more of a feature.

Any thoughts?

Door only has to curve on the outside
Just make a insert hinge side to mount the hinges too.

Tbh curves probably shallow enough to fit as normal but a test would be advised.

Thanks...as usual I’ve probably over-thunk it. Actually the angled one was the one that really threw me on the hinges. I’ll do some trials as you say and see if I’ve got the measurements right. Appreciate the advice.

I like simple solutions. Quicker easier and cheaper.

For the angled one you want either 45 or 135 degree hinges depends on the hanging sife

For the curved door make thd hanging side square to the frame on the back

I recently (within last year) purchased some stainless steel “piano” continuous hinges for my old car from Gold & Wassall who are manufacturers. https://www.goldwassallhinges.co.uk/ They make all sorts of forms of hinges, in all sorts of metals. Common forms are available ex stock but they will also make up specials
