there is some up here in teesside but i think he forgot about itthe uk has produced about 500M tonnes of cast iron since 1870 so there must be another van full somewhere he hasn't collected (yet)

I've seen a similar protractor before, where the screw in the center ring had a tapered base so that when tightening the knurled nut the screw expanded the center ring and tightened it to the frame.
