I was replacing a single socket tonight with a double and thought I was playing it safe with an MK Logic Plus dual gang socket.
I belatedly came across this IETF thread about this very same topic.
The weird screw angle, torque-wrench requirement on initial drive, cable disappearing up the side of the screw, and the screw being made of cheese.
As per title, I thought MK were supposed to be the chosen make for this kind of thing but it seems I'm wrong.
Double socket in the bin and another trip to screwfix in the morning.
Any recommendations for basic 2 gang sockets?
