Wasn't what I thought I'd bought.
I'd looked at some many dual dowlers I saw an ex demo and clicked buy.
Should have been one of these.

The reviews are not great.
It's only sprung one side causing binding and too strong a spring. needs a new viewing window made as the line is far too thick but for 130 compared to 900 for a mafel it's worth taking the time to fettle for the low use it will get.
Will also machine holes for sprung locating dowels for easy referencing.
Better wait a few weeks before ordering as I just bought a biscuit cutter.
Tidy.
Mines a wee bit smaller but won it for a score.

Lower shelf looks to be an add on.
It's worse than it looked.I like the art work on the bed , designed over a weekend in a alcoholic haze & done on the Monday morning ?

Got given this today from a old bloke at work. I asked him a few times before if he wanted to sell it. Today he said I should get my van over and he'll give me a lift with it. Wouldn't take anything for it. Chuffed View attachment 199260 View attachment 199261

To me that's crying out to be a pizza oven, but I am a bit of a pizza oven fan
Not today but yesterday picked this up for not much more than the Aldi/Lidl offering.
Do any one know where I can get a Manual for the Bandsaw
Not today but Tuesday. Received this little soldering station. Seems really good so far. Receiving delivery of a Ksger T12 today which I'm guessing will be even better.View attachment 199286
The ones that require a separate power supply will run on anything between 12 and 24 volts, so ideal for use away from a mains supply. On a lower voltage they take a bit longer to heat up, but still pretty rapid. Quicko do one with an oled display that needs a power supply and Ksger do one that I think only has an led display. Some have an stm32 processor while other only have an stc. You definitely need to do your homework when buying one of these as the replacement soldering handles are wired differently for different makes and models.I’m getting reaaly confused with all these irons. I see the Ksger t12 has a built in power supply. Is the only reason why you but one without is so it can be powered by a vehicles battery, on site etc?
From what I've been reading on the EEVblog Electronics Community Forum it would appear that the advantage of the STM32 is that you can use custom firmware with it.Whats the difference between STM32 and STC.
