That's serious stuff. The one I got my eyes on is 3/4 of a ton.You missed out on a decent one when they closed Rover at Longbridge. They had a block of Granite weighing the best part of 40 tons with a perfectly ground top in the metrology room, it could take a complete car body and had a gantry CMM on it. The block was made in Canada (hate to think of the cost) and the installation company managed to crack it while unloading so they had to order another one!.

It's way beyond full... but I will do my best to squeeze what I can in thereFilling the new shed, before it’s even out the ground? Sounds like a dangerous tactic, I need to find myself a bigger plate at some point.

Granite surface floor.Get a few of them and you won't need a slab cast just drop them in with a hi-ab![]()
Granite surface floor.
Especially Stuart's blue. That stuff is a nightmare to clean up...dykem is bad enoughHmm...
It’s one thing getting wrong for trailing swarf in the house, but Stuart’s blue footprints up the stairs, could be a nightmare![]()
Have you used the Canode blue? It’s excellent to work with and cleans up easy being water based , but is a pain to get hold of over here.
