Just won a mint leather interior for my ford Puma. Will swap it with my other pumas interior and as I’m a gluten for punishment put that interior in my other one!

i used to have a coronet table saw/planer/rebater/tenoner/mortiser. (no lathe)

got rid of it because I had bigger, individual machines, and it was too small for the jobs i was doing at the time.

regretted it ever since.

Only a small one for the first of the year but it's unusual to find nothing there. All these were in one bag. Had to leave the mt drills as ran out of cash.

A lidl special in all it's chinesium glory. These thing are impressive, simply because of their clever use of shapes and angles to get such a high load capacity from steel that is not much thicker than paper. A whopping 150kg max load, I wouldn’t like to try it at that weight but it is very sturdy and for what I need it for it’s perfect.

So had a poke around at this little bundle.
There
Guehring R-RT1U Solid carbide 2 with the machined flats are through coolant. 1 of these costs a lot more than I paid for everything in the above posts.
Think il consider today a result.
The roughing end mills are hydra and not cheap either.
Dread to think what the mt4 countersink was new. Shame I have nothing to accept it.

I have a few carbide drills that I keep for special occasions like drilling out snapped HSS and PM taps Most of them were chipped through use over many years but I tried them out in the drill doctor the last day and they sharpened up beautifully. I was actually surprised at how quick and easy it was to sharpen them compared to the HSS drills

Could do with one of them myself.
Mostly dormer and presto in the small sizes. But mostly used. Hand sharpen as needed ATM.

Today I acquired.
All nice haul of bsw. Bsf. And bsp taps. Loads of drill bits. And a brand new unused 8.5 inch two jaw taylor just .the chuck will make a great addition to the three and four jaw Taylor's.

Might be mt3 don't really have anything for reference here. Il measure it up and confirm then pop it up on here for sale. Rather it was used and short of turning it into a 1"shank to fit my capstan it's not really of use.
