Today I acquired this little gem, may be old and obsolete but it welds like a champ, first job when I got it home was lift the lid and and give it a good brush out, relatively clean and intact inside, it was bought primarily to test the theory of not being able to tig ally with HF if you have a pacemaker / defibrillator fitted, welded with no issues to myself at all.

im not far behind. took a bit of a chunk of the cutting disk and it still ran without vibration so carried on cutting till it wore out

These welding rods had been sat next door for a while and the guy said his arc welder was a bit under powered for them so we got them donated.

It's in my friends loft at present, hiding from my partner.

She won't care about the small sum of money I paid for it. She will, however, care about the cubic footage of volume another bit of 'junk' will take up!

Sadly young people today only know how to play racing games on an Xbox or Ps4..I have a small collection of scalextric from my younger days that still works and the plan is to try and make a working section of track in the mancave that will house just let the cars zoom about or get displayed.
