Had to do a load of 50mm cores with the battery drill as it wasn’t practical running a lead, managed it but petrol power would have been nice
Does it have an auto-slipping clutch? You need a clutch on a core drill. Markrist used to do a 4-speed hand held core drill with no clutch about 20 years ago and it was very powerful but also renowned for inuring people especially in the slowest gear. They were like a gut buster on steroids.
That’s true, one snatch and it will break your wrist..
No they don't, only a centrifugal..i only use slipping clutch drills on 100mm cores myself so very doable with 50mm even using a small 18v hand drill
Should have ordered them online and saved the journey
But then there wouldn't have been the opportunity to gawp at shiny shinies and other things...

Usual grumps are out, I see.
Been a thing since the 70s.
My mates dad made it his mission to take ‘miss dairy uk’ (or something like that) home after a farm trade event here in the seventies, and was successful! She kept her ties to England and now they export high grade wool to the mills that still buy it in the UK. Funny story I’ve always thought.
that reminds me of something the Oz comedian Jim Jeffreys says :That's exactly it.
At a very basic level, many of these women are looking for successful men.
Of course, such an observation doesn't sit well with feminists today, but it's not like I care about their opinions.
Who's Melissa?People automatically see a pretty lady and think 'bimbo'. I think that Melissa is making a very good account of herself in the twitter replies.
…………………… some joiners gloves, I've got some timber framing to do in the downstairs bar, these will keep my hands warm and keep the splinters at bay but still let me hold a pencil and pick my nose.

I need a pair like these as I'm still rebuilding our old stone cottage, and about to frame and insulate it within the stone walls. Manually nailing the 1" thick plywood floor down has caused an issue with my arthritic hands. What brand are the gloves in your photo ?
