getting some half nuts cast

Hello I need some half nuts cast in bronze for my dsg 21x96
Also my father died wednesday and I want to cast a nameplate for our workshop a bit like the old victorian ones.
A example that comes to mind is the irwell forge one on Fred Dibnahs house.
If anyone knows of a foundry that can do the bronze ones as the ones near me are just into lost wax art with prices to match.

Im better at wood than metal, I supose its making car body bucks that made it that way

Yes its a special alloy called altzen or alzen, forget now. Some call it white bronze

I have never tried cutting bronze it will cut it but not sure about quality

Why not set the pair up in a jig and bore them out. Pop some cross holes in them for a key then stick them in a sand casting box with a core and cast bronze back onto the half nut bodies, then re-cut the thread into them. Could even use Babbitt which would mean very low wear on the screw.
