The originals are missing, Ive borrowed some to copy.Why not set the pair up in a jig and bore them out. Pop some cross holes in them for a key then stick them in a sand casting box with a core and cast bronze back onto the half nut bodies, then re-cut the thread into them. Could even use Babbitt which would mean very low wear on the screw.

I did think about making some in ally as a machining /fixture experiment
Chunk of bronze is £900 and 70% becomes scrap..if i dont mess up
