Hopefully it’s then possible to remove the outer of the bearing with the housing intact. May be a self aligning insert. Depending on what your preference is either cut the inner bearing from the shaft with a gas axe or small grinder. May have to cut both sides if really tight on the shaftlever out the bearing cage the balls can then be run round to one side
Before you start clumping, grinding, heating, splitting etc can you remove that caterpillar from the top of the photo? He seems to be eating the side plate
