Oh I don't know, I was once in a van that the brakes failed on whilst going from Glen Lyon to Glen Lochay via the Hydro boards road. Wondered why Stan (who was driving) wasn't saying much on the descent and only when we made it to the bottom did he tell me the brakes had failed just as we went over the summit

I appreciate that, it’s not exactly flooding off mine, in fact I put some card down to park on a posh drive and it was clean after 8 hours

The news item said if any smoke is seen it's a fail. Don't think that info can be too accurate. What about normal exhaust gasses.
Yep I believe so but a diesel putting out black smoke is usually a signe that either it is badly services injectors need changing or that it has been tuned I run a switchable genuine power up grade chip when it's on and I am pushing hard I get black smoke if it's off I get nothing
The garage I use now are fair this will be the 6th vehicle they have done for me in 3 years it's got to be right though but as I have done everything in house for years and years I am fairly well up on what needs doing before it goes in my youngest brother was a tester as well untill he moved on from the spanners

I had a bike tested last week, tester was saying it opened it up to, too much interpretation. All he could see was customers arguing over the test findings
