Found an Old lathe

Imagine spending your life collecting all this stuff and building an amazing workshop only for someone to say ‘not interested’ and leave it for ten years... I bet the original owner must have been pretty handy!

That's a really nice collection of stuff there. The large green wheel looks like it connects to a forge blower. If they are Pierce bellows & working they fetch good money!
Where are you based? If I'm in your neck of the woods I could call & give you some advice on what you have.

You have a proper gold mine there, I notice quite a few woodworking tools too, someone got their moneys worth out of those chisels, Its worth checking out the prices on woodworking tools as some are worth a small fortune, anything with Norris, Spiers or Preston plus a host of others.
The Knives with the double ended scabbard is poor quality Indian made. They were imported by the thousands in the 70's & sold all over the place, worth about half of bugger all, I have a single version in the loft. Still you should do alright with the rest!

I seen them when i was about 15 but of course being that age all i was interested in was girls, scramblers and more girls the house was only bought to renovate and sell, renovated it an never got round the rest as he moved away so i never really visited the house after that. Until he asked me did i want to buy it all recently so i went an took a look.

To be honest, if it was a case of being not interested it all would of been sold of give away if no1 was interested. Theres about 5 trailer loads of stuff there not everyone would have the storage for it. Main thing its all still there and soon to be in good hands.

When all the junk gets chucked il be taking all the goodies and going through it all. Id love to keep the lot but if theres anything of value And not of use to myself it will be up for sale.
Even the case for the knifes is of bad quality. Some type of plastic, Still think its pretty cool though.
