My hand tools brands start from snap on , britool , and helfords . I need to but some 3/8 drive extenshion bars , snap on is now out of my price range . Would you ever by silverline hand tools ?
It will not be every day use and it is a hobby , silverline shall give them a miss lol just wanted your thoughts .
I am not sure why Silverline gets such a bad rap. I have quite a few bits and it's been faultless in everyday use. The stuff I have certainly seems to have stacked up against my Snap On and Halfords Pro.
3/8 drive extension bars a set of 3or 4What are you looking to purchase though?
Split sockets, ratchets that slip, flaking chrome, screwdriver tips that round screw heads off, generally cheap and nasty feel to them, cases that fall apart easily.....I am not sure why Silverline gets such a bad rap.
