I have spanners from silverline, draper, britool (old company), britool hallmark (who knows where its made) and britool (facom). I also have Halfords sockets, britool sockets (old company) and various britool ratchets, from all 3 variances of the company.
Although I'm not normally swayed by brands, I do like to know where the tools are made and what I am paying for. After being informed that King Dick are one of the only quality tool manufacturer left in the country, I shall be buying king dick from now on.
Full set of 3/8" extension bars from King Dick less that 30 quid with the VAT. They also do wobble bars. A lot when compared to Silverline, but a fraction of the cost of Snap-on I suspect.
