Your unlikely to hear or feel it unless it’s really Severe.
It’s all too easy to blame the gas but in reality it’s a very rare case you get a problem.
Leak test your joints.
Your not using ptfe tape are you.
Take it all off and refit all your fittings without it mate.Yes I'm using ptfe tape
I dont know this machine, but is the 35% cleaning not possibly 65% ? I was confused for ages by my machine with this till Richard set me straighti checked every fitting on the gas line with a soapy water spray and no leaks at all

all the fittings have been taken off cleaned of any ptfe on them and refitted and leak tested with no leaks and still same results
One thing I see in the ally image is the Cleaning action from the AC does start, you see the light grey splash due to oxide stripping, but then it goes off.
My long shot is it may be an electronic fault. As soon as it gets going on AC it works until a device warms up and then it goes more like DC. Compare with my ally attempt. Does your machine have Auto AC balance?
