Hi
I've been welding mild/ stainless for a while now with no problem but when it comes to aluminium I'm struggling
I can get a nice clean weld with no filler The problem I'm having is when I'm adding filler to the weld pool I'm getting black streaks in the weld I've tried everything increasing amps, changing a.c. balance/ frequency, increasing/decreasing Argon, cleaning areas with scotch brite/ acetone cleaning filler rod with scotch brite/ acetone, changing tungsten and I'm having no luck at all can anyone help?
