)Gibbs Brand is finally available in the UK! I've bought a few cans and have been spraying everything in sight with the stuff. It's like WD40 but doesn't attract dirt and it's over-paintable.
The guy distributing it is Matt Felce Gibbs Brand UK (the site isn't finished so you have to email him to order). He lives quite close and popped down this morning - he's a hot rod fan.
Planning to strip a whole Renault down to bare metal, and primers (especially self etch) absorb water so aren't good for long term protection. This stuff looks ideal for the job and means I can get a cool picture of the whole car in bare metal before painting.
