I've noticed on every weld there is another flash once he stops, but before he pulls the torch away, something to do with the make/model of weldset?.

It's a SIP topmig i think, I presumed something to do with burnback?

At 10:10 it answers the Q's on here re the 'pop' after he stops welding, he pulls the trigger again himself at the end of each weld. So not the set after all.

I looked to see if he was pulling the trigger after stopping the weld, I think he waits for the ball to cool before giving the trigger a pull.

Its been a great series so far and some cunning work. Now, is it me or does the front of the mini look like it needs a Ford style grill to fit that hole?

I suppose as per allot of my projects you won't get your time payed for ,but what's the fun in that
