The place is an animal incineration plant btw, stinks, and just up from that is lorry loads of dead cattle, that are feed through a giant mincer, before they get to the actual incinerator.

I dunno, fancy a minced beef and onion one? Hmmm, that's some big bits to go missing, I thought the photo was taken part way through you fitting them. I've been lucky so far, had some fairly small bits dipped and they've all been accounted for but my mate works for a place which makes seating and he said they've always got to send extra cos bits get dropped into the tank and not recovered. Is that the same rendering plant you did that conveyor for?

Either dropped in the tank, or delivered to the wrong place- we normally have our galv collected and bought back.

I thought the problem was the feet on the RHS hanging in mid air. But I guess you just nut them up on hilti'd threaded rod or summat?

Wouldn't it have been easier/quicker for you and probably cheaper for them to have just one flight to the ground instead of the landing and another set of steps going round the corner?

It would have stuck out too far Steve, it would have needed a landing in the middle, then the final tread would have been probably about 500mm past where the corner one finishes, plus then you would need another 1200mm clear pedestrian walkway. Making it a bit tight for artic unit to get round the corner and onto the weighbridge.

Oh iv got a load of joining plates, that were on there way to wembly high street, they have been in the galv,ers triangle for a couple of years now, must be time for them to surface shortly..

Theres a limit to how many treads you can have between landings, hence it would have needed the middle landing
