XPS foam sheets

I'm wanting to get hold of some extruded (not expanded) polystyrene foam sheets for a project.
I think it's usually pink or blue?

Only stuff I can find is the yellow "cellotex" style insulation with a foil lining.
I want it _without_ lining, and in 25mm ish thickness. (Although as thin as 15mm would work)

Any ideas where I could get a couple of 8ftx4ft sheets? (Smaller would also work, even as small as 1200mmx300mm)

If it is only a small amount, a building site might be a cash source or 3am Sunday morning for free.

It's used for double skinned boat hulls, coremat rings a bell. Would have thought any of the large glass fibre suppliers would stock it.

If you are making GRP panels for a trailer or boat XPS foam or Celotex is a poor choice as it is weak & has little shear or crush strength. Ok for quick & dirty plug making but thats it.
For GRP panels PET foam core is far superior & commonly used in wind turbine blades, railway rolling stock & boats. Its easy to shape & glue together.

Foam sandwich contstruction is very light & strong if done well, you have to plan where you are going to put bolts etc & put solid plywood or grp inserts in at those points or taper down to single skin in that area. If you dont the fasteners will crush the laminate.
