It’s a nice buy but it’s rigid neck. I don’t think the op would want that.@Gizmo.Y
Cheap option for a full set of good hoses...Bid on this you will prob get it for what you will pay for the CK power hose.
10Am finish tomorrow.

Thought that might be the case.CK230 hose is specific to the CK230 torch according to CK due to the 300amp range.
Hi all,
I am also looking at mostly the same gear
CK20 Water Cooled 250 amps Tig Torch With 4m Superflex Cables & 3/8" BSP Connections, with a flex loc head.
I was going for a flex head like i have with the w17 ( i think) which i find great, but i find myself dissuaded from your comments on the non annealing
nature of water cooled system.
I was wondering should i also get the Denise plug with the hose for cooling as well ?
I don't weld that often, but i seam to take longer to get the job done.
If your machine has dinse sockets which I know the rtech does then you’ll need the the dinse plug adapter. The pipe coming off this adapter is water returning back to tank.Denise plug with the hose for cooling as well ?
Well you’ve just been talking to and getting help from a ck dealer @Jim Davey so It would be good sportsmanship to let him quote you for it.Any recommendations apart from Rapidweld ?
Could you do a post on this, hopefully with some photos? (in its own thread of necessary)Am not bashing the welder but the noise of the fan was very loud even though i am partly deaf, it was an easy fix though.
The opening for the fan needed to be increased, and that reduced the noise considerably.
I wouldn’t do it. Opening up the tunnel for the fan to draw or blow through could have implications. You could effect its blow direction or it’s ip rating depending on where you modify it. I’m not 100% sure what he has Done but the chances are it’s had some effect on the amount of dust and crap that can be bought in or it’s cooling ability.Could you do a post on this, hopefully with some photos? I have the same welder and the noise it makes is horrendous.
The ops torch is a ck230. It’s not a Micky mouse torch he’s just wrecked it through miss use. It’s still gonna be well over £100-120 for a head. I wouldn’t be stocking such things as consumables I’d be using it properly as a long term tool or replacing it with the right type of torch designed to bend where he likes.
Bet it’s more for the ck230.70quid ish for a replacement. Genuine CK parts. Rapid welding is 1 of the sites in this country that list them
