Looks like it's been on a farm with the dust and bird crap on it, might be worth a small punt if you particularly want a portable arc set?

The engine cooling fan/covers design, looks a bit like one I had on a twin cylinder 'Onan Engine' power generator 25 years ago.

a mate of mine had a two stroke genset ,about the same size of this very old and man was it heavy.
