Worse than Evri?

Evri are great, slow but thats to be expected. They were one of the first to give a delivery time frame and usually it was acurate.

I'm also waiting on DX, the shop RadmoreTucker use them. Last time was ok but theres no delivery estimate and the tracking is rubbish. Mine has not arrived.

(Nuneaton would appear to be opposite end of the country to me).

Now I tried to phone them, automated IVR, gave it my tracking number and it started trying to rearrange for another day. I shouted at it a few times and hung up!

Tomorrow I will call RT and let them know I wont be using DX again.

I can't abide these companies who are not public facing and despite being just 15 miles away just insist on sending everything out via courier Boatman UK just plain refuse to allow collection.

evri i do have to say it have a local shop near me i use them most the time (for most items i post to members on her sale section)

they have been great a few times late/mising for days once or twice but all got there and easy for me the only time i dont use them is because the cover for items are low as there cover is only for 20 or 25 quid for a few quid more dpd cover for 60 but collection is slow at the drop off point
