i still wear boilersuits but ive noticed that iam in the minority. i keep a couple of pairs in the van so if i get covered in oil or grease i change. and when ive finished a job i take them off so keeping the seats clean. i cannot see why they are not as popular as they used to be.

My problem is that while I can don a boilersuit by myself no problem I cannot remove it due to ongoing problems in both shoulders making it difficult & painful to pull my arms out of the sleeves.
I have briefly considered bib & brace ones, they seem to be popular among the eastern European community over here. It would also embarrass my niece as she wears them because they are 'trendy'.![]()
Sounds like a good reason to get some, don’t they call them dungarees though, sounds more stylish!I have briefly considered bib & brace ones, It would also embarrass my niece as she wears them because they are 'trendy'.![]()
I had a rummage around ebay.de for Lidl bib and brace winter lined suits a couple of years ago.
They're sold over there fairly regularly and only appeared here about once, I think.
Only read this thread today... ...And now the penny drops for me that Dickies is no moreAlways has been my favourite workwear. Really disappointed about this.
