Hey guys i was just wondering does anyone know of any websites etc where I can look into a new unit as I need to move and im getting annoyed with booking appointments with agents and the ****s not turning up, and then them ring you asking where you were.

Any help would be appreciated

Sam are there any local authority places for rent around your area ?

See i don't really know as i need quite a large workshop ie 6-8 cars and room for a booth aswell. The reason i'm asking this is i have move out of the current unit as it's to small because it's shared, but to expensive on my own so kind of a catch 22 really.


On a second point is anyone interested in sharing a workshop in Essex/ Herts Border area PM fro exact details and location.

Get on to your local council, they wil have a monthly updated list of buildings to rent. I cant remember what is called but it should sort you out. When I was looking for a workshop a coule of years back I sed this.
Advertise in your local paper. I might be worth looking at bigger farms, there sre some huge barns just sat there empty.
