Hi, As Brad says for soundproofing you need density. Those shaped or sculptured foam pieces are for accoustics. The youtuber 'Gosforth handyman' has done a number of videos on the subject.
Thanks for the help,I was thinking feather edge wood outer then lined with OSB plus a fire retardant paint,only intend a door big enough for a fork lift,no windows,will consider a barrier between the two wood surfaces to absorb more. Cladding rails 4-5”.

They contructed the walls of special cement blocks, look normal,
but have a slot in them.
Apparantly (have lost the link for them) the slot and internal chamber form a IIRC "Helmholz Resonant chamber"
These are a catalog item, used for such noisy industrial area's, that also need concrete block construction for safety (fire etc.)
