i can get a 8x8 roller garage door fitted for about 400 odd iirc, its not very secure as its a light door but any of them wont stand up to a ram raid no matter how much they cost.
i bought and fitted a 8'x8' 25mm insulated roller door here for myself last week at a cost of 1k but i wanted an insulated door.
mind you if the barn doors suit then they will be cheaper but when you would have all bought you could be getin close to the 400 mark all the same.

roller doors are cheaper here than over there, i wouldnt of known that only the lad that delivered my door last week told me they were over in the uk fitting two roller doors 3 weeks ago, they were 70 quid cheaper than the uk lads and they were allowing for the boat over and a nights accommodation as well so there must be a right bit in it, i was surprised tbh.
