Trig rules for right angled triangles. If you know the length of any two sides, or any one side and an angle you can work out all the angles and lengths with 3 rules.

Cos() = Base/Hypotenuse
Tan() = Perpendicular/Base

Is how I remember it.

No one uses "cosy" then? COS goes with adjacent and hypotenuse because the angle is up close and cosy with them. Doesn't help you remember Tan of course, or which way up the fraction goes.
