Electrics and flammable liquids are one thing but having tools hanging over your worksurface is asking for the inevitable,even if your head is not directly under them...they can still fly with one knock and end up in your arm or parts of the body.
Sorry but that is a danger zone with an accident waiting to happen,I have never seen a workshop like that,you only have too look at some yank workshops and see all tools are on the walls at chest height,its just as easy to turn round and grab a tool from the wall.
