Workshop cooker

hello does anyone remember those bench top hot plate/ grill oven cooker things that used to be in maintenance cribs and the like.
The reason I ask is I want one for the workshop.

What I have at home is this Sharp combination microwave and oven - no hob though.

It is fantastic and much bigger than your typical microwave - use it in the summer when it's too hot for the Aga. For a hob I use a Tefal 1 ring induction - it boils water faster than a kettle.

Thanks lads.
I know to a lot of people these are a bad memory of bedsits and such but to me it reminds me of being a apprentice and us all huddled in the crib making cheese on toast.
It will get everyone dribbling on the industrial estate when I cook up some bacon n eggs

Good for heating bearings with an interference fit on their shafts, too
I've even seen 'em used for post-hardening tempering, never tried it myself?

My govnor used to make up liver and bacon, as a very rare treat. I had it proper old school felt sorry for the other lads in my college
