Noticed today that my comp won't hold pressure.there was 40 psi in the tank, and after approx 45 mins it was empty.what should I be checking besides obvious joints.
the one way valve in the tank it may be leaking back and your loosing it through the pumpNoticed today that my comp won't hold pressure.there was 40 psi in the tank, and after approx 45 mins it was empty.what should I be checking besides obvious joints.
couldn't seene way valve in the tank it may be leaking back and your loosing it through the pump
The diaphragm in the pressure switch may be punctured.
Checked the diaphragm and seems ok.My compressor does that sometimes. Just to be awkward it can hold over 100psi for several days if the wind's in the right direction.
but did you actually test it under pressure ?Yeah remember checking that sometime back but couldent see anything wrong, unless there's another one.
